CPU: 7800X3D Cooler: ModUltra LOBO, EK DDC 4.2 Motherboard: ASUS X670E-I

Essentially built an Optimum replica PC. Anyways, was able to install windows and boot. However, just sitting idle I’m getting max of 90C temps for my CPU.

I already checked the thermal paste application, everything looked fine.

Then randomly as I’m sitting here and watching it, it drops down to normal range around 40-60C. So at this point I’m thinking it was just air in the pump block. Then slowly the temps begin to rise again and eventually my PC shuts off.

I’m not really sure what to do here. Only thing I can really think of is the pump itself.
