My coworker is a really cute Asian-American girl in her early 20s. She’s kinda petite, maybe 5’ even, slim body, probably B cup breasts and a cute little butt. Also, for some reason, she recently got braces. She’s almost kryptonite when it comes to my type.
From what I understand her last serious boyfriend was an abusive POS so I can only assume that drives her thirst for validation.
I honestly had a crush on her before she joined my department and so I was happy to be working with her, but she’s actually really good at her job. Being a millennial boss (Late 30s) I always try to make sure I let her know I appreciate her work and praise her for doing a good job.
And she eats. it. up. Every time I praise her she starts blushing and getting embarrassed. She gets super smiley and just stops what she’s doing and hangs out with me for a few minutes basically beaming and struggling to carry a conversation while clearly adoring being praised. Lately she’s been coming over to me unprompted and asking “Have a been doing a good job lately?” And when I tell her she’s doing such a good job, great work, I love watching the red creep up her face and she smiles at me and basks in my praise. It’s so cute that I just want to tell her “Good girl.” and see how she reacts.
