As the title says, what’s one portrait pet peeve you have? It could be anything really. A pose, a lighting technique, a lens type, a whole portrait sub-genre, etc.

Personally, I’ve never found RGB light to be that flattering when directly lit on people. As background light, I think they are cool, but that’s about it.

Note: Not trying to start arguments in the comment section. Just curious about what other photographers don’t personally like. Everyone’s photography style is valid as long as they are proud of their own work.
