2013 ford fiesta se. i was changing out my engine air filter when i noticed that the screw holes on the bottom portion of the housing were stripped out on one hole. (thanks dealership). looked and saw that a new part is $150.(no way in hell.) saw something online about filling the hole with some JB weld and then re screwing the screw back into it. my plan would be to fill the hole, let it cure, then bore out a hole with a smaller diameter than the screw to get it started and then screw in the actual screw. would this work? also i was planning on using the high heat jb weld since it’s in the engine. any recommendations welcome.

ETA:link to the part i’m talking about. the stripped holes are in the #4 part where the filter sits.
