My case is a Cooler Master Cosmos C700M. The case is equipped with top/front/underneath ARGB strips on both sides. All these strips are connected to the included ARGB+fans controller. The strips ends with 3 cables (male JST connectors) that are connected to a proprietary 3 to 1 cable which itself is connected to the controller.
Now I want to get rid of the included ARGB+fans controller. I want make a custom cable adapter that will allow me to connect the 3 ARGB cables to my motherboard directly (with a generic ARGB female connector).
First image attached is what I need and what is the current setup. The second image is the controller (the 3 to 1 cable I speak about is the one connected at the bottom right).
I found this post but I’m really at my first DIY mod and I’m not sure how to proceed. Is there a someone here that can help me? I’ve been trying to do that for a year and I would really like to do this! Thanks!
