Hi! :) I need help, I don’t know what to do.

I sent in my PC for repairs. To the company I bought it from GTSA/Greattech Sweden.

Well it’s now been more than a year and they refuse to return it.

They are extremely hard to get in contact with but the few times I’ve managed they’ve said either: “It will be ready soon” or “we are waiting for a invoice to be paid”

Problem is they’ve been saying that for more than a year and the invoice/bill has NEVER even existed so I can’t pay it. All I know is how much it would cost if it did exist which is: 137 dollars.

(And that price is ONLY for the problem-solving/figuring out that it was my Motherboard that was broke (which I already knew))

I’ve now contacted the police here in Sweden as I’ve seen that a lot of other people have had similar dealings with this “company” - Sadly the police dropped it almost immediately… So now I’m here : /

I need tips on what to do, should I just keep reporting them to the police until something happens?

Please if anyone here has any advice I’d greatly appreciate it, and I’m sorry for my poor English it’s not my native language. Cheers! : )
