I am not a expert traveller or anything but I travel a couple times a year and I think now its the time to address this issue for me.

I noticed that all or at least all the plane seats I have been on have the top part, the head part tilted forward. As a result my head is kind of pushed forward instead of being able to lay my head and sleep. I absolutely hate it. i cant sleep at all. And putting my head on the little food tray is no good for me because my nose gets congested when I lean forward that much.

I believe the only buttons or seat adjustments are for recliners not the top part. Even with fully reclined seat, the head piece just doesn’t help at all.

The neck support item, pillow or whatever it is is not helpfull at all, if anything it helps as a support for my arm and I kind of slept sideways so far, but Its terrible and I just dealt with it so far.

Does anyone know what I mean or it’s just me suffering from this problem.

Who even came with that design damn it
