So my partner whom I’m on and off with, long story short he came back to me after ghosting etc might be gay etc. I gave him a second chance, he seems serious this time blah blah. He’s in the modelling industry.

In his professional pictures he looks fantastic, in real life he’s handsome to me but borderline anemic looking and quite haggard. I for the longest time thought he was an addict after someone made a joke because he sometimes does look that way. I’m not trying to be a jerk, but he does look substantially different. He’s handsome to me either way, but in real life he’s very average, like meh. In the pictures he’s a 10/10. It always leaves me very mind blown and tbh I don’t get it. He doesn’t look like a completely different person in the pictures, just much better. Much much better.

What the hell? How is it so different? How is it possible?
