hey all, i need some help diagnosing this issue. Theres a few things i suspect lead up to this,

1. theres current leaking, if i touch the metal parts of the mobo or the PSU screws i get a constant electric current go through me, and i checked the grounding it seems fine.
2. before i had my gpu and cpu underclocked coz of temps, but then after getting thermal paste i set my cpu to stock and my gpu got overclocked a little, ill definetly revert to older settings now.
3. EDIT: just remembered i overcloked the ram from 2666 mhz to 2933.

So one of my RAM sticks died and took two of my slots with it, i know this by testing each slot with the remaining stick. And this happened right after trying to boot up the PC after applying the new thermal paste.
