So I drive a 2014 Nissan Sentra SL, this cvt transmission is putting me through the grinder and I’m so mad that I was too ignorant to keep up with the maintenance.
The car has 65,000 miles with NO defects to the body and would be visually brand new after a detail, would run perfectly aside from the fact that I need a new transmission that will run me a used car/downpayment towards my next vehicle. Didn’t come on here to lie, I don’t have much to my name right now.
I heard the values for these older nissans decline very fast so would it be best if I payed the 4-6k to have my buddies dad replace it? Id like to get more money back than what I’d be spending and if anyone can give me input, after this fix what would be a good price to shoot for on marketplace?
Thanks for the help
