Got a free electric scooter that is broken. To fix it, I need to get rid of 8 screws that ended up just breaking my cheap hex keys. I was able to pull out two that had some kind of (I assume) dried glue on them (there was also some loctite blue). It crumbled as I pulled them out.

The other screws are not coming off no matter what. Tried smacking them with hammers, heating them with a jet lighter and a soldering iron (the screws don’t transfer any heat), spraying some WD40 to no avail. None budged. I assume the repair shop that worked on it last ended up gluing the screws in for whatever reason.

Tomorrow I am re-trying with a set of quality keys, risking stripping them, and if all fails I will probably drill/remove them. So I wanted to hear possible suggestions before it happens.
