Currently my family apartment network is set up like so: https://imgur.com/GshysT1

modem and ISP router comes out the wall near the tv, and we ran a cat 6 around the wall and couch to router #1 (Tp-link AX23). Then we run another cat 6 along the wall into bedroom #1 into router #2 (another Tp-link AX23, set up as an AP).

This works okay, Im not sure if its the concrete walls, or too many other networks in the 5ghz band. But in bedroom #1 and #2 get 500mbps up/down, but the speed in the master bedroom drops to 15 mbps up/down

One might suggest to move the router to bedroom #2, but the issue is that theres a workstation in bedroom #1 that needs a wired connection, so running another cable is not ideal. I tried using the cat6 for the workstation in bedroom #1, and use the router in bedroom #2 in mesh mode, but the results were horrible, I think the routers are too far apart for it to work well.

Any ideas?
