I managed to get myself a Dell 9010 at a reasonable price with quite nice specs:

Core i7 3770 CPU 3.4 GHz 16 Ram 2Tb Barracuda Hard Drive Windows 10 Pro (if it’s useful)

I’m trying to get a basic server both for movies and series, as well as seeding on Qbit. Any suggestions? Should I get a small SSD for the OS separatedly? I have a bunch of HDDs full of series and movies, should I look for an adaptor or just by connecting them with a case via usb?

Any and all suggestions are welcome!
