Hey guys, I know this is probably asked a poop ton of times in the sub so I apologize but I am currently dealing with hard freezing on my pc. No BSOD’s, no black screens, just straight freezing. I am on the 1805 BIOS update from ASUS and on what I believe to be the 0x12b microcode. (It’s what was advertised but when I go into bios to try and change it, it won’t actually tell me what the current microcode is, it just says “Current Microcode”) I have tested my RAM (2x 16GB DDR5 6000mhz) and freezing happens in every single configuration of 1 stick and 2 stick. I have tested my SSD’s health and that doesn’t seem to be the issue either. I know these 14th Gen intels are notorious for the voltage problem and degrading, and I tried to follow some steps you wonderful people have left in this sub but for some reason my bios just doesn’t match any of these, I can’t find the options people are saying to change, even using the search function in BIOS. My PC is prebuilt from iBuyPower and less than a year old, so I’m sure I can send it in for repair free of charge but that will leave me weeks out of a PC more than likely. Any help would be appreciated and thank you guys for taking the time.
