at this time what’s the best device I can use for streaming either from my phone or computer to a TV?

don’t worry for stuff like realdebrid and what not, because I live in a country with no piracy laws so I don’t really have to worry about it

I just need the device, the only one I have at the moment is an old gen 2 Chromecast and yeah, maybe it’s time for an upgrade

I don’t want the top S tier budget thing, but I don’t want the cheapest one necessarily, preferably something that works with torrentio and similar services, but that also let me easily stream media from my phone and such
