I’m Seeding my private tracker torrents with deluge on Windows. The problem is that when I shutdown or reboot my computer, it doesn’t send stop notification to the private trackers and the torrents are still active. If I start the computer again soon, I have ghost peers for all of my torrents. How do I fix it and make send stop notification to the private trackers before it’s shut down?

Note: Deluge on windows doesn’t have a checkbox to start automatically when Windows starts, I had to add a task in task scheduler to do it.
