So I’ll try to make this quick and to the point.

I’m the middle of using my phone the screen went black.

I turned it on and the screen brightened up but it was still black. It can vibrate and buzz when it’s charging.

The screen is still not displaying anything and hard reset isn’t working because the Apple logo doesn’t show up it just goes back to a black screen but with the brightness turned up.
