They lost one of our suitcases when we arrived at the destination. They did the paperwork and promised they’d contact perhaps the following day or in 48 hours at the latest. They also provided phone number and email address for us to reach them. It turned out that everything they said was a lie. We called during their operational hours, as they emphasized, on various days for at least a hundred times, and couldn’t reach anyone. No response to emails, either, of course. Called their customer service and who told this was handled by the luggage team and they couldn’t do anything about it. Called the customer service again after failing to reach the luggage team via the provided number for another couple of days. This time an online tracking system was provided and we were told that we could ask for compensation for any delays in luggage delivery. The suitcase was delivered after an entire week, but when I asked for compensation, of course, no response again. I’d strongly suggest everyone staying clear of this airline and their extremely unreliable service.
