Last weekend, I got a tattoo from one of my favorite artists. I was shocked to see them at a mall event, so I figured, “Why not get a tattoo from them?” They’ve always specialized in fine-line tattoos, and it’s been on my bucket list for a while. I picked out a design, and about 10 minutes later, they were already putting the tattoo on me.
I love it, and it has a very special meaning to me. But here’s the thing—I’m not sure how to describe it, but I’ve been feeling kind of… anxious? It’s hard to pinpoint, but I felt something like regret when I woke up the next day and saw the tattoo. I keep thinking, maybe it’s the placement, or the size. My previous tattoos were much smaller, and this is my first larger one.
Is this normal? Should I be worried? I’m also keeping it a secret from my family for now, so maybe that’s adding to the anxiety. But aside from that, it feels nice, right? Should I be feeling this way?
