Phone keeps restarting

So I have a redmi note 9 pro and it was working fine until today it keeps crashing and restarting

As long as the phone is locked it doesn’t restart but the moment I unlock the phone it restarts showing the MIUI logo

Another thing I noticed is that the battery saver option in unable, I can’t turn it on and other options like ultra battery saver, mi share, screen recorder are completely disappeared from the taskbar

I tried rebooting the phone but it keeps restarting… I can’t even delete huge files or apps coz I thought it might be a storage problem… Because it instantly crashes the moment i unlock the phone
