    There is 0% chance that it could ever be limited to noncitizens, nor is that even a goal. The surveillance network is being setup to monitor everyone.

      There’s already a huge private network of license plate cameras funded by every village, city, county, state, and the federal government. You’re being tracked without a warrant whenever you drive by one.

        Well they do monitor sewage, they can track things like covid and drug use, now they’ll track what areas eat food with seasoning to know where to concentrate ICE
