Anyone else notice much slower speeds in European servers recently?

It used to be that I might need to bounce around a couple servers before finding a good one, but now even a “good” one is slower than usual, and becomes “bad” very quickly.

I would not mind having a higher tier where I pay more for more consistently fast servers. Or maybe I’m just doing something wrong, but that’s unlikely as I’ve noticed this across devices
