I had relatively good experience with Mullvad until recently. I’m resident in Turkey using TurkTelekom and had been using it for censorship circumvention. Recently my ISP started to throttle speed when using wireguard protocol; I simply switched to OpenVPN but now it is in same situation either. Normally I’m getting around 250 mbps but with vpn it instantly drops to 1-2 mbps (only download, upload speeds not effected somehow?). Furthermore using wireguard with shadowsocks but without multihop results being cut from internet completely.

My current configuration is Encrypted DNS Proxy + Wireguard + Shadowsocs + Port 443 (others ports gives worse results) + MTU 1400 + Goodbype DPI. This is the best case and I get around 11-12 mbps.

Does anybody has any advice how I can improve more or any workaround to this situation? Like they even blocked port 22; can’t ssh to my own servers. Customer support claims bs reasons for it and claiming they can’t do anything about blocked ports.
