Kozyrev designed a device that allows users to visit different points in time. He built it in an area of frozen permafrost, positing that water in particular is good at trapping time “memories” and that his device could tap into those memories. Test subjects circa the 1950s and people in the surrounding area reported ufos, plasmoids, even non human encounters during testing, but what caught my attention is at 31:18 in this YT video, where melting ice increased the frequency of these disturbances. Ice melt due to global warming is exactly what’s happening at an astonishing rate right now globally, which, coupled with solar flares as evidenced by stronger aurora borealis, may explain the increase in UAP observations.
