My mom just bought some fresh ricotta cheese and mixed it with pasta (as always). The problem is that she rarely buys fresh ricotta that has a more delicate taste compared to non fresh one. She put so much olive oil, it feels like I’m drinking it straight up from the bottle. I was looking forward to this dinner ‘cause I haven’t had fresh ricotta cheese in years :’)) That’s it.
