So I completely passed on the wild robot for theatres. Which I now regret. The first half to 3/4 of the movie was amazing. It had great heart and mood that made me tearing up a little bit at every scene. It very much reminded me of the old Pixar. But once the final act came around, it felt very rushed. It really felt like the movie could have used an extra 20mins. Maybe some more time introducing the villain character.

Either way, the movie is finally for rent on Amazon if anyone is interested. I feel bad that it didn’t make more money in the box office though.
