(Sorry if I type too much I do that sometimes)
Recently I got a PS5 pro because my little brothers PS4 broke and I was going to give him my regular PS5 and I’d get the upgrade, now when I saw the announcement for the pro to ME it sounded like Sony said 4k at 60FPS and I was like “cool that sounds fantastic” I booted up stellar blade on pro settings AMAZING, then Wukong graphics mode nice but 30fps and framerate mode ehhh… Then Star Wars the last Jedi same problems as wukong. I’ve been contemplating returning the PS5 pro and using that money to upgrade my PC instead. And maybe just get my lil bro astandard PS5 in march around his bday.
Here’s my prerequisite though I kinda want all my "AAA"ish games to look and feel the way stellar blade did, like max settings, 60fps I don’t need 120 or 200 fps or anything I’m totally cool with 60 it looks and feels great to me (for now lol), Would it cost me way more than $700 to reach that upgrade point or would be as simple as investing in a GPU slapping that bad boy in and enjoying nice games?
I know once Stellar Blade comes to PC I’m more than likely going to get it, but I want it to look just as good or even better than the pro.
On a separate note I know it kinda has to do more with the actual game devs to optimize their games and the stellar blade team did an outstanding job IMHO compared to the other games I’ve played, is it really as simple as the devs making a new patch to possibly reach those levels, like will Wukong or star wars ever look that good on PS5 from just like a patch or am I totally wrong on how that works?
Thank you for reading my long post. :)
