I’m helping spearhead a digitization effort for my college radio station. We’re moving locations (as our current building is being demolished) and sadly the CDs can’t come with, leading us to move toward digital. Currently trying to get some outside eyes on our workflow/purpose document to sanity check things or get recommendations on how we can make it more robust. Happy to answer any questions - I hope this is possibly helpful for others in similar situations!
