As the title states my pc has slower overall internet speeds than every other device in the house. I have ATT fiber 1gb plan currently and I have a Netgear Prosafe 16 switch that is reporting that this pc is pulling a 1gb connection along with the Intel PROSet software also alleging that this pc is pulling a 1gb connection. In the PROSet software ive used the cable tests, connection tests, and the hardware tests on the Mobo network card, all which come back with no issues. To try and circumvent the problem i also bought a 1gb pci network card that and somehow it yields the same results, it reports 1gb connection but will not pull more than 25-30 Mbps. The only software that tells me differently is in the task manager where the max receiving speed is about 32Mbps. I originally thought this could be a hardware issue with the network card but getting the same results with the PCI card im lost.

I seem to be reaching the limit of my troubleshooting knowledge so any advice is well appreciated.
