I’ve been using Adobe CC on a Turkish account for almost a year and now they’ve jacked up the prices. Are there any locations that still work for affordable prices? I’ve checked Brazil, Argentina, India, Venezuela and some others but they are all quite expensive now. Is there still any place that works well?

I need the programs but cannot afford them. So if the VPN way is dead I will have to find other apps to use.
