I purchased a new kfa 2080ti recently and wanting to change the rgb, i downloaded its companion software: XtremeTuner.

After setting the colors how I wanted, I realised there was this OC scanner button, and I said why not.

After the 10-20 minutes it took to scan my system, all of a sudden one of my monitors stoped working.

I’ve got three monitors:

HDMI -> HDMI | DP -> DP | DP -> DVI-D

The one that suddently stoped working was the third one, with the DP -> DVI-D cable.

I’ve tried setting xtremetuner to default, uninstalling it plus deleting all its files, using ddu in safe mode, reinstalling the drivers, changing to a different DP -> DVI-D cable, and nothing has worked.

This monitor has been running with this cable for years, and didn’t seem to have any issue with this new card up until now, so it must have been some configuration xtremetuner set my graphics card to that I don’t know how to undo.

Please help. I’ve already bought a DP -> HDMI cable that’s coming in a few days, but I hate the idea of being forced to spend money to fix a software issue, and I can still cancel the order.
