Earlier this year (2024) I was given a link to this website that had a lot of obscure TV series where you could direct download (or maybe torrent) but it had a limit of like 2-3 downloads in a 2hr period. I got some shows off it unfortunately

I deleted the bookmark by mistake but wondering if it may jog the memory of some people
