Driving home one night, I was traveling in the right hand lane (USA) and traveling at the speed limit, maybe a few mph more. It’s a two lane highway (2 lanes southbound, 2 lanes northbound). It’s dark, no street lights, and I am not in a hurry. Folks are passing me on the left, but not too quickly, they may be going 5 or 10 mph faster than me.
The mildly infuriating part is that some jack wagon with the headlamps that are brighter (different light frequency from an LED light) and higher due to it being one of those over compensating pickup trucks decides to race up behind me and ride my bumper then flash his lights at me to get me to move out of his way. (No it was not a LEO. WTF dude, where do you think I m going to go? I am not pulling over to the shoulder.
In the end, he forced his way into the left travel lane to pass and and made sure to cut back to the right lane inches in front of me. (I was prepared for him to brake check me, so I was already applying brakes… he didn’t brake check me)
