I enabled PBO in my MSI bios for my Ryzen 5 5600x CPU today. It was running consistently at about 3.8ghz before and now it’s running constantly at about 4.4ghz. Do I need to worry about it getting too hot? I play a lot of Tarkov and need the CPU power. Just want to know if I’m being dumb or if I should turn off PBO. I heard the performance increase can be minimal. My CPU is air-cooled with a dual heat sink/dual fan Cooler Master.

Edit: according to NZXT Cam, my temp sits pretty consistently around 50C, my Clock is maxed out at 4650MHz, and my load has never gone over 40%. Temps seem safe, but I just don’t want to break my PC.
