Because I didnt know that a photo given to an institution is automatically populated to other parts of the system that they also have, I asked where this is used, who has access to it, and the retention period, apparently this seems like I want to impersonate someone because I’m asking too specific questions? Well, if they clearly show their privacy and retention policies, and have better privacy policies, I would not even be concerned. Also I feel like we live in a world where everyone is suspicious of everyone, and I guess this is moreso in the US as it seems privacy in terms of where your data is used, is taken less seriously there, and because there are just more criminals in general I suppose
