Hello guys! I bought a pc, it has an asus prime z790-a WiFi, the situation is that I can’t install the Realtek drivers, I’ve tried everything, from flashing the bios, installing in safe mode, formatting the pc again… NOTHING! I only get sound from the headphones if they’re connected via Bluetooth, if I plug in the jack there’s nothing, no sound at all and Realtek doesn’t even appear in the device manager or sound options. When I try to manually install the drivers other than in safe mode, guess what? BSOD! If I install in safe mode, when I restart to exit, Windows won’t start and it keeps giving me BSOD in a loop. I really need help and I don’t know what else to do Do you have any tips?
