Hi all.
I am seeking for advice on my new project: a pair of brackets that allows my CPU cooler to be mounted rotated by 90 degrees:
The design has been reverse engineered from the original design of the stock brackets.
this is how the original brackets looks like:
I am now looking for advices in general since this is my first time doing this stuff, particularly:
What material would be suitable to hold it’s weight (1.5kg, with the center of mass quite low) without flexing?
How about the threads?
Is 3d printing it suggested at all?
Please feel free to share any ideas.
