I am searching for a best practice advise (from your experience) what I should do in my home.

For the plex server i would take my Synology DS216+II (RAM upgrade to 8gb soon).

What for a guide you can recommend?

I think I need a docker environment for all componnents right? like radar, sonarr, etc…
