Thinking about grabbing 4070s. Also which of the following would go best with it? Or more generally which is the better monitor?

Thinking about getting one of these for my pc but can’t notice any differences in specs…
Anyone more experienced with monitors know which is better? Cant find any comparisons for both online either.
