so i’m trying to torrent the sims and the stuffs downloaded on utorrent but we’re pretty sure a necessary file was quarantined but ive since shut down my computer and turned it back on and there’s no files in my quarantined section on windows settings. do files disappear once you’ve closed your computer? i cant find any answers online
