I recently took some family photos with my Canon Rebel T5 on a tripod, with the self timer

When I looked at them on the camera they looked clear, but when I put them on my computer I saw that the camera auto focused on the wrong thing, so my subjects (my family) are out of focus.

Is there anything I can do to refocus the photo or are they scrapped since I already took it
