Hi all,

As per my last post I’m getting back into sailing the seas. Previously I had used Express VPN, uTorrent, and Pirate bay.

Now I’ve got Proton VPN for a year and qBittorrent, but I’m still looking for a replacement for Pirate Bay.

I’m still not super sure what is wrong with PB, but I’ve heard bad things about it. I’m plenty open to an alternative, but so far I haven’t been able to make any of the suggestions work for me. Several users had suggested using https://fmhy.net/ for anything I need, but I haven’t been able to get much use out of it yet.

I’m mainly looking for music MP3s (I still use an ipod) and audiobook MP3s. From what I’ve seen https://fmhy.net/ seems to be a collection of sites, each with very specific uses. From light exploration I haven’t been able to find what I’m looking for. I know this may be mostly me not knowing how to properly use the websites, but I feel the urge to go back to Pirate Bay as that seemed easy to just search for what I was looking for.

Do any of you have any suggestions for how to use it, or for a better page to find torrents? Are there any reasons why Pirate Bay should be avoided? Any other advice or tips you’d like to share?
