Hello, I am upgrading my current rig. I play video games (cod, aoe, fps,). My current right 5800x3d, 4090, and ultrawide 5120x1400 120referesh rate. I like high graphic settings and fps ( who doesn’t?)

I am moving over to the x80 platform form with a 9800x3d and obviously keeping the 4090.

I have a few questions.

1. Will my article freezer aio be able to be moved over to the new system?
2. I need help with finding the highest quailyty memory for my asrock x870 nova. Keep in mind i have purchased the board and am open to reasonable suggestions. I just want the highest performance ( I’m older and have money)

I want adie memory, and the fastest most stable memory. I have never overclocked and am a novice pc builder.
