Hello, I bought a 5700x3d from about 2 months ago. Recently, I watched a video about pbo2 tuner and how it can improve thermals (though I already have a good cpu cooler AK620) and decided to give it a try. Upon looking at the “limits” part of the pbo2 tuner tab, my values are way lower than that of the video (and other folks I saw). Mine has this values PPT:95w, TDC: 75A, EDC: 90A. I have a gigabyte b450m-k motherboard.
I have done benchmarks and compared it to the other 5700x3d benchmarks and was getting low scores. Example on cinebench multicore I only have 12,800 pts while others have 13,600. However, using -20 all cores on pbo2 tuner gave me the same scores. Other than that, I have around the same performance on gaming.
My question: Are those values normal for a 5700x3d? I thought the default values are 142-95-140.
Sorry for the long read.
