I have a vega 64 in my pc and I have oc’d it to 1650Mhz/1100mV on state 7 and my memory is oc’d to 1050/1050. I’m just wondering if I’m keeping my voltage too high? I see that people recommend core voltage of 1000-1050mV. But my oc should be good, because it’s stable and it actually runs at 1650MHz and temps are okay? People talk about setting power limit in wattman to +50%, but I’m using corectl as I’m running arch and I keep my power limit at 360, which is max. Is that fine, I only apply the overclock profile when I’m gaming? I’m going to push the card to the limits when I get new cpu.
What voltage do you run on your ryzen 5 2600 when overclocked to 4.1Ghz or something in that ballpark? I used to have stable 4.1 oc on my 2600, but then I updated my bios and it wasn’t stable anymore, so I run it at 4Ghz now. I only have a stock cooler on it, so I haven’t really tried to get to back to stable 4.1Ghz.
