I received an error in SABNZB today stating “Failed login for server news newshosting com [502 Authentication Failed]”. When I go to NH website and login, I see messages that my account is “inactive” and “reactivate your account today". My account has been running fine without issue up until maybe a few hours ago. My account is paid up until Jan of 2026. I am not sure what’s going on.

What do I need to do to resolve this?

How can I contact them? When I try to create a ticket nothing seems to happen button just blinks but no confirmation that a ticket was sent There doesn’t seem to be any other way to contact them. I have been using NH for at least 5 years and I have never ever needed an issue addressed. I never even knew there was a contact support / create ticket spot on the webpage… LOL!

Any help or assistance in getting this resolved would be greatly appreciated.
