Hi,
Living in Northern Ireland for context (UK)
BT Customer since Summer of 22 on a 24 month contract as standard. Did a house move in April 24 with BT Broadband and everything was done without an issue. However I went to capitalize on some lower price deals and cancel my contract and saw the contract date didn’t end until April of 2026?!
At no stage was I informed that the contract would renew or reset - and my complaints have fallen on deaf ears with BT saying there is NOTHING they can do as the call logs where I “would” have been informed of a contract renewal have been erased.
This really doesn’t feel right to me? Has anyone had similar experience or can anyone offer advice on what I can do?
