We’ve had issues with our Xfinity service recently and thought it was a bad modem (SB6190) so we went out and bought the CM1000. Turns out, there was a problem with the line at the pole and the modem was perfectly fine. That being said, should we keep the CM1000 or return it and continue using the SB6190? I’ve read that there were issues with the SB6190 and we had been experiencing issues with the connection being dropped, but not sure if that is an issue with the modem or if it was the problem with line at the pole over time (it was broken).
