i have the following spec: -R5 5600X -RTX 4070 -16GB RAM -B550 Aorus pro ac -AOC 24G2 144Hz

i expirence some stutters in many games such as Baldur’s Gate 3, someone on reddit said he got same cpu and gpu and he has 140 fps in 1440p while i got only 80-100 in 1080p.

is my cpu causing this issue? i updated my BIOS to last and still same issue
