I’m very close to getting a chargeback with my bank but I don’t want to do that because I want to continue using this service but it’s starting to feel like no one is interested in helping me. How long is it supposed to take for them to get back to you in email? I submitted my ticket 3 days ago!

Any advice on what I should do here? I don’t have $100 just laying around that I can part with. I really despise how businesses set ‘yearly’ as the default subscription option - seems very gross to me.

I also already cancelled the subscription but I didn’t get the refund option because I have more than 20 GPU hrs in my account’s lifetime. That being said, I HAVE NOT generated ANY images this billing cycle.
